I think you misread. Mateo says [for me to] knock you out. Thus, I am going to knock you out. Mateo is not himself threatening to knock anyone, let alone Srta Enya, out. In any case, Enya may be bulky but Mateo is kind of quick and other dogs are often confused by his goofiness.
